Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Pork Chops are one of those “set it and forget it” meals—tender, saucy, and very forgiving. Here’s a solid, flavorful version you can rely on 👇


🍯 Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1–2 tbsp brown sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or thyme
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening, optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Optional sear (adds flavor)

  • Lightly brown the pork chops in a pan (2–3 minutes each side)

2. Make the sauce

  • Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, sugar, and spices

3. Slow cook

  • Place pork chops in the slow cooker
  • Pour sauce over them
  • Cook on:
    • Low: 6–7 hours
    • High: 3–4 hours

4. Thicken the sauce (optional)

  • Remove chops
  • Stir in cornstarch slurry
  • Cook on high for 10–15 minutes until thickened

5. Serve

  • Return pork to sauce and coat well
