Here’s a simple, reliable way to make roasted sweet potatoes—crispy on the outside, soft and caramelized inside 🍠

🍠 Roasted Sweet Potato

🥣 Ingredients

  • 2–3 sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp oil (olive oil or any cooking oil)
  • Salt & black pepper

  • Cinnamon (for a slightly sweet version)
  • Dried herbs (rosemary, thyme)

1. Prep
