🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ½ cup oats (blended into flour or left whole)
  • 2–3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tbsp peanut butter (optional, for richness)
