🥗 Mandarin Orange Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3–4 cups mixed greens (spinach, lettuce, or arugula)
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/3 cup toasted almonds or cashews
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

🍯 Simple Citrus Dressing
