🧾 Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, beef, or turkey (or pepperoni slices)
  • ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce (no sugar added if possible)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup mushrooms (optional)
  • 2–3 tbsp black olives (optional)
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp olive oil

1. Prep base

  • Lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe bowl with olive oil.
