🥕 Ingredients

  • 500g carrots (peeled and sliced or baby carrots)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, optional for garnish)

  1. Cook the carrots:
    • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Add carrots and cook for 5–7 minutes until just tender.
    • Drain and set aside.
  2. Make the glaze:
    • In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
    • Stir in honey, salt, pepper, and cinnamon (if using).
