🍫🍮 Easy Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate (or semi-sweet)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (chilled)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional, depending on chocolate sweetness)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

👨‍🍳 Method

1. Melt chocolate

  • Break chocolate into pieces
  • Melt using microwave (30-sec bursts) or double boiler
  • Let it cool slightly (not hot)

2. Whip cream
