🫓 2-Ingredient Air Fryer Flatbread (Fastest)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt

(No self-rising flour? Use 1 cup flour + 1 tsp baking powder + pinch salt.)


Steps

  1. Mix & knead
    Combine into a soft dough. Knead 2–3 minutes until smooth.
  2. Rest (optional)
    10 minutes makes it easier to roll, but you can skip if in a rush.
  3. Shape
    Divide into balls and roll thin (like roti).
  4. Air fry
    • Preheat: 180°C (350°F)
    • Cook 1–2 pieces at a time
    • 3 minutes, flip, then 2 more minutes
  5. Finish
    Brush with butter or oil and cover with a cloth.

Quick tweaks

  • Want softer? Add 1 tsp oil to dough
  • Want crispy? Roll thinner + cook 1 minute extra
  • Garlic version: rub with butter + garlic right after cooking
