🍞⚡ Quick No-Yeast Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (or atta)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional, helps flavor)
  • 1 cup milk or water
  • 2 tbsp oil or melted butter

👨‍🍳 Method

1. Mix dry ingredients

Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.


2. Add wet ingredients

Pour in milk and oil. Mix into a soft dough (add a little extra liquid if needed).


3. Shape

Knead lightly for 2–3 minutes, then shape into a small loaf or flat bread.


4. Cook

Oven:

  • Preheat to 180°C
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until golden

Air fryer:

  • 160–170°C for 15–20 minutes (check halfway)

Pan (flatbread style):

  • Cook on low-medium heat, covered, flipping until done
