🍎 1. Creamy Apple Cake (soft & moist)

Made with Apple for a light, fluffy dessert.

🥣 Ingredients

  • 2 apples (peeled & sliced)
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup oil or melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon (optional)

👩‍🍳 Method

  1. Beat eggs + sugar until fluffy
  2. Add milk, oil, and vanilla
  3. Mix in flour + baking powder
  4. Fold in sliced apples
  5. Pour into greased pan
  6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 min

Soft, moist cake with juicy apple bites and a light creamy texture.


🍮 2. Custard Apple Cake (rich & tropical)

Made using Custard apple (also called sitaphal/ata).

🥣 Ingredients

  • 1 cup custard apple pulp
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • Vanilla extract

👩‍🍳 Method

  1. Whisk eggs + sugar until creamy
  2. Add butter + milk + vanilla
  3. Mix in flour + baking powder
  4. Fold in custard apple pulp gently
  5. Bake at 170–180°C for 30–35 min

✨ Result

Very soft, fragrant cake with a rich tropical custard-like flavor.
