Peanut Butter Fudge

Peanut Butter Fudge is a rich, creamy, no-fuss dessert that sets quickly and tastes like a peanut-butter candy bar in bite form.


🥜 Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut butter (smooth works best)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

1. Melt base

  • In a saucepan, melt butter on low heat
  • Stir in peanut butter until smooth and fully combined

2. Add sweetness

  • Remove from heat
  • Mix in vanilla and salt
  • Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring until thick and dough-like

3. Set the fudge

  • Pour into a lined small pan (square or loaf pan)
  • Smooth the top evenly

4. Chill

  • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm

5. Cut & serve

  • Slice into small squares
  • Store in fridge for best texture
