Here’s a simple 3-Ingredient Greek Yogurt Cake—light, fluffy, and very easy to make.


🍰 3-Ingredient Greek Yogurt Cake

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch (or 2 tbsp flour as an alternative)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Mix ingredients

  • In a bowl, whisk together:
    Greek yogurt + eggs + cornstarch
  • Mix until smooth and lump-free.

2. Prepare baking pan

  • Line a small cake pan (or grease it well).
  • Pour in the batter.

3. Bake

  • Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 30–40 minutes
  • It’s done when the top is lightly golden and the center is set.

4. Cool & serve

  • Let it cool completely before slicing
  • Chill for a firmer, cheesecake-like texture

  • Add vanilla or lemon zest if you want extra flavor (optional extras)
  • Sweeten with honey or sugar if desired
  • Use full-fat yogurt for richer texture
  • Don’t overbake—it can dry out
