Air fryer potato chips

🥔 Air Fryer Potato Chips (Super Simple)

Air fryer potato chips are thin slices of potato cooked with hot air for a crunchy, low-oil snack.


Ingredients

  • Potato (2–3 medium)
  • 1–2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Optional spices: paprika, chili, black pepper, garlic powder

Method

  1. Slice thin potatoes (the thinner, the crispier)
  2. Soak in water for 20–30 minutes
  3. Dry completely with a towel
  4. Toss with oil + salt + spices
  5. Air fry at 180°C for 12–18 minutes
  6. Shake halfway and cook until golden and crispy

Key tips

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket
  • Dry potatoes well (most important step)
  • Cook in batches for best crunch
