🥖🌿 Rosemary Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette or loaf of bread
  • 3–4 tbsp butter (softened) or olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1–2 tsp fresh rosemary (or ½ tsp dried)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: mozzarella or parmesan cheese
  • Optional: chili flakes

🧄 Method

1. Make garlic herb spread

Mix butter (or olive oil), garlic, rosemary, and salt until well combined.


2. Prepare bread

  • Slice bread (not all the way through for pull-apart style, or into pieces)
  • Spread garlic rosemary mixture generously

3. Add cheese (optional)

Sprinkle mozzarella or parmesan on top for a cheesy version.

  • Preheat to 180°C
  • Cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy

🔥 Oven Method

  • Bake at 180°C for 8–10 minutes
  • Broil/grill 1–2 minutes at the end for extra crisp

  • Fresh rosemary gives stronger aroma than dried
  • Don’t skip salt—it boosts flavor a lot
